Shanghai Huan Ao Tech Co Ltd., developed high temperature viscometer. Its main application areas are: optical glass, metal glass, ceramics, metal, slag, protective slag, coal gasification, TFT glass substrate viscosity measurement of high temperature melt.
The viscosity value is measured by the torque generated by the continuous rotation of the rotor immersed in the measured melt solution. The torque is proportional to the resistance caused by the viscous dragging of the rotor immersed in the sample, so it is proportional to the viscosity, that is, the viscosity characteristics of the melt are measured by the rotor at high temperature.

Our Advantages
High temperature viscometer BCT 1700 needs to be calibrated before use. There are three calibration specifications: firstly, standard thermocouple calibration of the thermal potential difference between the temperature inside and outside the samples; secondly, standard liquids calibrated at room temperature; thirdly, standard glass calibrated for viscosity in the high temperature.
Thermocouple
High temperature viscometer BCT 1700 uses Omega filaments to make a high-precision B-type thermocouple that can be used continuously at 1700℃.
Standard silicone oil
We use Brookfield’s standard silicone oil at room temperature, and the three Newtonian fluids are 100cP, 500cP, 5000cP.
Standard glass
The viscometer is calibrated using the standard reference material (SRM) for high temperatures, which is currently in international use, as well as the NIST standard viscosity material borosilicate glass 717a.

Automatic Zero Setting
The Brookfield DV Next full-featured rheometer can manually control the viscosity test interface and set the viscosity test parameters. The instrument will automatically zero after turn on. When the instrument is powered on, it enters the main screen and the auto-zero screen appears, tap next until it is complete.
