The viscosity value is measured by the torque generated by the continuous rotation of the rotor immersed in the measured melt solution. The torque is proportional to the resistance caused by the viscous dragging of the rotor immersed in the sample, so it is proportional to the viscosity, that is, the viscosity characteristics of the melt are measured by the rotor at high temperature.

In line with American standard methods of ASTM C965 and C1276, as well as domestic GBT 31424 standards. Viscosity measurement by rotational method; measuring range is 1.5cP to 5×10⁷cP; error range is ±1%, reproducibility is ±0.2%.

Comparison with standard samples; the system uses a vacuum pump to pump the vacuum, the ultimate vacuum 3×10⁻³ mbar, according to the actual demand can be switched to different test atmosphere: vacuum, oxidizing gas, vacuum and reducing, vacuum and inert gas protection. Maximum operating temperature of the furnace 1700℃, six sides of the heating method of constant temperature zone height 180mm.
